Peggy Hull founded Future in Action in 2017 from a deeply personal place — a mother's desire to ensure her own children had every opportunity to grow academically, build character, and find their path in life. That same vision now drives her work with students across the St. Louis area, where she provides hands-on, step-by-step guidance in college planning and career readiness. Peggy believes every child — regardless of race, economic status, or background — deserves a real shot at success, and she extends that commitment to parents too, equipping families with the tools to advocate for their children. Her approach is proven: her daughter is now a Mechanical Engineer and her son a Financial Advisor. At FIA, Peggy lives the organization's motto every day: "Educational Planning, Breeds Academic Success."

Kevin Ward is a Business Development and Education Professional with deep roots in both the classroom and the digital world. He brings over two decades of teaching experience, including Web and Graphic Design at St. Louis Community College and Maryville University, as well as instructional work with the U.S. Air Force. At FIA, Kevin teaches continuing education courses while also leading the organization's technology and education programs. A firm believer that learning never stops, Kevin recently earned his Generative AI Leader Certification from Google and became certified in Adobe Express with AI — proof that he doesn't just teach continuing education, he lives it.
